Neato! I really like the textures in there! The style is really nice overall--good linework! I think maybe there needs to be some slightly darker values somewhere in the piece...maybe somewhere that will help move the viewer's eye around the scene a little better?

I love the playfullness of the whole thing. It definately belongs in a children's book
My only suggestion is that it seems to be a bit flat. Maybe if there were more elements on the sand, just a couple of blurry seaweed to anchor and define the difference of the water from sand.
